Fine character and integrity are alive and well in Brett Rushing and Land Max. I highly recommend Brett Rushing to anyone desiring to sell or buy property. Brett is a hardworking, trustworthy, dependable agent who sold our property in SE Mississippi. It is with great pleasure and gratitude that our family shares this recommendation with anyone who is looking for a true professional in every sense of the word who puts his clients’ interests far above his. Land Max is to be commended for employing an agent with such fine character traits. – Mary King
“Selling my property through LandMAX was a very good experience. My sales rep, Brett Rushing knew exactly how to value my property to maximize my total dollar. He works to find out the special aspects of your land, like big deer or big timber in order to accentuate that to potential buyers. I was so confident in Brett that I recommended him to a friend who was selling a parcel as well. Within months, both mine and his were sold. Well done Brett!” – David G’sell
