Chad has served as a Registered Forester for the last 20 years since graduating from the College of Forest Resources at Mississippi State University. Chad holds a B.S. and M.S. degree in Forestry as well as his Real Estate Broker license in the states of Mississippi and Louisiana. Chad, his wife, Erin, and their two children, Keegan and Lacey, reside in Brookhaven, MS. He and his family have a passion for people and the outdoors. Chad spent his first 10 years out of college working in the corporate environment as a forester, where he purchased timber from landowners across South Mississippi. In 2006, Chad left a career in the timber industry and used his industry experience to pursue his dreams of owning and operating his own business. His goal was to begin purchasing and developing real estate with an emphasis on recreational properties. Over time, Chad’s goal has been to build a team of like-minded foresters and real
estate agents to service landowners across MS and LA.
Connecting with people is what he enjoys. Whether it be helping landowners manage their timber investments or working with buyers to find investment property, Chad’s goal is to build a relationship of trust and friendship with all of his clients.
