I became acquainted with Randy Pellichino when he was timber buyer for Georgia-Pacific. My most recent experience with Randy was in January 2017 when he purchased timber on a large tract of land in Tangipahoa Parish for LandMAX Timber & Real Estate Company. Randy was the overseer on the project from purchase through harvesting and clean-up. The timber harvest was completed in a timely manner. His logging contractors did an excellent job. The woods roads were improved and well maintained. Some of the gates were damaged by the haulers, but all were repaired or replaced to my satisfaction. I received weekly reports with all logging and mill tickets attached, promptly followed by payment in full. Whenever questions arose, Randy addressed them quickly and efficiently. Henry Childress, my Forester, and my Hunting Club Lease members all agree that the whole job was completed according to Best Management Procedures and everything went smoothly.
